These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MAA Tech ("MAA Tech," "we," "us," or "our") website at maatechllc.com and the technology services and software products we provide. By accessing or using the website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services.

Where we deliver services or software to you under a separate signed agreement, statement of work, or order form, that agreement governs and controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

MAA Tech is a technology agency. We provide technology and agency services, including web development, maintenance, integrations, automation, and related consulting, and we build and operate software products, including client-facing dashboards and clinic-management software such as Clinicos.

This website provides general information about MAA Tech and lets you contact us or request a consultation. We may add, change, or discontinue features of the website or our services at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, our systems, or any account, or interfere with or disrupt their normal operation;
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or any material that is designed to damage, disable, or impair the website or its users;

Ownership of deliverables created for clients under a separate engagement is governed by the applicable signed agreement or statement of work.

Our services integrate with, and our website may link to, third-party platforms and services, including Meta platforms, analytics providers, hosting providers, and other tools. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or your use of it, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Your continued use of the website or services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
